There's something in my tea....

I won this image last year sometime, think it's from Wink Wink images, and this is the first time I;ve used it.

This card is for the following challenges:

It's a bugs life

I love this image it's so cute! This card is for 2 challenges:

• Sir Stampalot - All creatures great and small
• A Spoon Full of Sugar - Red, pink and orange

The pink doesn't show up very well but it's around the image and on the spots on the bugs. The photo below shows it a little better.

Pink & Purple

I haven't done a blog challenge since way before christmas and for some reason when I woke up this morning I had the urge to do some cards so started trawling through my challenge list and came across these ones first:

PTD - Challenges 29 and 30

I'm a bad blogger.

As it's near christmas I'm working literally all the time so don't have much time to update my blogs. I find updating my other blog much easier as I don't have to make anything so it's quicker! But in the new year I'll be crafting away once again and will be be re-joining blog challenges.

So the challenge at PTD last week was winter wonderland. And this is what I created:

And this week it's the final challenge of the year with the theme of christmas and this is my creation:

• Glitter glue
• Background papers from forever friends
• Snowflake from daisy and dandelion
• Kanban gem

PTD - Challenge 25: Sketch Design

I seem to have got my challenge numbers mixed up abit but this one was challenge 25 (all the other challenges need to go down by 1)!

This was last weeks challenge as I'm behind on posting (naughty me!) It was a sketch design challenge and the sketch to work to is this:

I wanted to create a simple card with a simple colour palette (pink, black and white). And I think I did just that!

PTD - Challenge 25 - Bonfire Night

This weeks challenge at Pear Tree Designs is Bonfire Night!

I found this a hard challenge to do as I have nothing which related to bonfire night until I remembered that years and years ago I bought some Firework Spritzers and they came to the rescue and here is what I created!


I sprayed the spritzers onto black card and outlined with holographic peel offs. I then stuck star paper from the Daisy and Dandelion halloween papers from last year onto my card and placed the black mat on top. I then used monograms from American Crafts to spell 'Party'. Super simple card and you could use the template for any invitation or card.
